When will I get my order?

We use couriers and Australia Post Parcel Post for deliveries. Delivery times for retail/wholesale orders will vary by location. As a guide, our couriers and Australia Post estimate the following...

Do you have ordering deadlines?

Retail orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received before noon on those days are usually dispatched that day, orders received at any other time are processed on the next dispatch day. Orders with an Express Post delivery option and received before 1 pm will be posted that day.
Wholesale orders: Orders received before noon on any business day are dispatched that day. Otherwise they are dispatched on the next business day.
Distributor orders: Orders received before noon on any business day are dispatched on the next business day.

How much is delivery?

Normal delivery is ALWAYS FREE (if you want faster delivery you can pay for an Express Post service, charges are calculated at check out).

How will I know my order has been processed?

When your order has been processed and dispatched, we will email you with tracking details

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

If you can't receive your order at a street address and prefer it to be delivered to a PO Box/Parcel Locker, please click on the "add a note to your order" box in the shopping cart and leave instructions.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Not unless you specifically want to.
Our couriers usually need a signature as proof of receipt. however they are able to leave the order in a place you can nominate if they have your authority to do so. By default, your shopping cart includes an Authority To Leave. If you DO NOT want your order left, please UN-CHECK this authority. The courier will leave a card with pick-up instructions if no-one is able to receive the order at the time of attempted delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

As of December, 2017, we ship only throughout Australia and New Zealand. However, we are expanding internationally from early 2018 so please email sales@bondichai.com.au to see if we are yet delivering in your country.
